These yoga asana, pranayama and meditation classes in the Satyananda tradition may help. Our live online classes are non competitive and given with enthusiastic instructions.
Professional yoga teachers, infused with a love of yoga, create a supportive environment. We provide practical support with yoga, and, if needed, technology too. We aim to make you feel welcome and at home.

Swami Vimalratna is one of your teachers in these classes. He has been teaching yoga in the Satyananda style for over twenty seven years.
About each class option:
Wellbeing Tuesday class
Tuesday 10-11am AEDT
A simple light Satyananda style daytime class, incrementally developed. Asana, pranayama and yoga nidra. Open to all.
Every body Wednesday
Wednesday 6.30-7.45pm
A general Satyananda style yoga class tailored for the participants, including asana, pranayama and yoga nidra. Open to all.
Simple Sunday
Sunday morning 7-8.30am AEDT
This is a general class available to all with some experience of the primary Satyananda tradition practices. This class is based around Pawanmuktasana series 123 asanas (postures), essential pranayama (breathing) techniques, and a short meditation.
Sunday Yoga Nidra
Sunday 11.30am 12pm AEDT
Yoga Nidra is a systematic lying down relaxation/meditation. Complete rejuvenation in an accessible package from the Satyananda tradition.
NOTE: We take breaks over Christmas and New Year starting from mid December. During term breaks throughout the year less live classes are available, however, there is usally at least one live class during these times.
