Make the most of the New Year.
Create a balanced and personalised daily yoga Sadhana with the support of the SWAN system – a dynamic reflective process of exploring one’s strengths, weaknesses, aims and needs.
Revitalise and continue to grow a balanced sadhana, regular daily practice. Considered in terms of mantra, asana, pranayama, meditation and other practices as well as delving into yoga in daily life and attitudes of mind.
This weekend course will include workshops, discussions and practice. It is for graduates of at least one Branch of Yoga course with us. Structured short sessions to fit in with your day. Live attendance for most sessions is preferred.
