Simple yoga practices done regularly make us capable and resilient

This course is based on one of the most complete and comprehensive systems of yoga in the world.

There is much more to yoga than the relief of our troubles but it is a very good place to start. We may wish to become healthier, or overcome our stresses and suffering. We may start with our own personal angle on these needs. With regular application, intention becomes a pattern of practice, and, ultimately, practice becomes experience.

This system begins very gently, not by pushing and exerting and sweating, but by developing a holistic pattern of simple regular practice and conscious presence in daily life, incrementally, this builds in intensity. These foundations alter the balance towards greater self understanding and capacity to manage in life.

Learn practices and skills that will be useful throughout your life.
