Deep Dive IntoYoga

This day of practice goes deeper into the yoga tradition in a practical accessible way. Yoga asana pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation classes are included in the day, especially for experienced practitioners.

As part of the day there will be a simple heartfelt down to earth non academic exploration of a classic text such as an Upanishad. Usually chanting and or contemplative reflections on the text will be part of the day.

A number of online sessions are spaced throughout the day with room between for personal reflection, practice and managing the events of the day.

Experienced pratitioners welcome. An opportunity for sharing the beauty and exploring the spirtual essence of the yoga tradition.

This day includes practical yoga classes for experienced practitioners including asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditations inspired by Ishavasya Upanishad. As part of the day there will be a simple heartfelt down to earth non academic exploration of the Ishavasya Upanishad. Chanting and contemplative reflections on the text will be part of the day.

Why do we chant Aum? Mandukya Upanishad is the most succinct and persuasive illumination of the meaning of Aum. Practices during the day will support the themes of the text. $50
