Creating Sadhana with SWAN

Make the most of the New Year.

 

Revitalise and continue to grow a balanced sadhana, regular daily practice. Reflect on this by exploring strengths and weaknesses, aims and needs.

Considered in terms of asana, pranayama and meditation and other practice as well as delving into yoga in daily life and attitudes of mind.

This weekend course will include workshops, discussions and practice. It is for graduates of at least one Branch of Yoga course with us. Structured short sessions to fit in with your day. Live online attendance will give the best results, but recordings of classes and talks will be available for later exploration.

Chakra Shuddhi Meditation

Mon 5 – Sun 11 December – 7 days

From Monday to Sunday, a combination of morning/evening sessions during the week, with additional weekend sessions, all sessions available live, or via quality video recordings (Take your time to explore the course, 3 month access).

A course for graduates of longer Sharing and Learning Yoga courses. A high level of assumed knowledge of practices such as Ajapajapa meditation, asanas such as Surya Namaskara, and standard pranayama practices.
